With over 30 years of experience in medical billing and coding, Michele is a Certified Medical Coder, Certified Shoe Fitter, and Wound Care Certified (WCC) clinician. Her career began in medical administration, but her true passion for patient care emerged while running a wound care business with Gregg. That insight led to the founding of MCB DME. Michele recognized the critical need for better access to compression solutions for conditions like lymphedema and peripheral arterial disease, and she’s been a tireless advocate ever since. She ensures MCB DME delivers not only high-quality equipment but also education, insurance support, and compassionate care that meets each patient’s individual needs.

Under Michele’s leadership, MCB DME has become a go-to resource for providers and patients throughout New Jersey and beyond. Guided by the company’s mission—Mobility. Compression. Balance.—Michele continues to lead with purpose, improving quality of life one patient at a time.
