Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer
Michele Kattine is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of MCB DME, a trusted provider of durable medical equipment specializing in compression therapy, orthopedic and diabetic footwear, custom bracing, and prosthetics. Alongside her husband and co-founder Gregg Kattine, Michele and Gregg have built MCB DME into a company known for clinical expertise, operational excellence, and patient-first care.
With over 30 years of experience in medical billing and coding, Michele is a Certified Medical Coder, Certified Shoe Fitter, and Wound Care Certified (WCC) clinician. Her career began in medical administration, but her true passion for patient care emerged while running a wound care business with Gregg. For seven years, they worked closely with physicians treating patients with chronic, non healing wounds—an experience that introduced Michele to compression therapy and its life-changing impact.
That insight led to the founding of MCB DME. Michele recognized the critical need for better access to compression solutions for conditions like lymphedema and peripheral arterial disease, and she’s been a tireless advocate ever since. She ensures MCB DME delivers not only high-quality equipment but also education, insurance support, and compassionate care that meets each patient’s individual needs.
Under Michele’s leadership, MCB DME has become a go-to resource for providers and patients throughout New Jersey and beyond. Guided by the company’s mission—Mobility. Compression. Balance.—Michele continues to lead with purpose, improving quality of life one patient at a time.
